Legal Disclaimer

Before you return a Sangraha Atelier Private Limited product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional artisans in Lucknow, resulting in each product being unique and celebrates the differences.

In spite of variables, at Sangraha Atelier Private Limited we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges within 3 days from the date of delivery. The item should be in its original packaging in totality, unused, unwashed and undamaged. Worn or damaged products will not be accepted. To exchange a product, you could get in touch with us within 72 hours of receiving the package, through the returns form or email us at experience@sangrahaatelier.com with your order number, date of transaction and delivery address. Our team will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours. We typically make a reverse pick-up within 5 days, and after the product passes our quality check, exchange will be processed in the next 7 working days, based on availability. There is a strict one-time exchange policy. Store credit will be issued after deducting the shipping charges. No exchange or refund for International orders. 

In case we aren't able to find a courier partner which pickup from your location, then we request you to self-ship the product to the original shipping address via a courier partner of your choice. We reimburse upto Rs.100 for courier charges in the form of coupon code for your next purchase. In such cases the product needs to reach our warehouse within a week, beyond that the exchange will be cancelled.

Note: Customers cannot return or exchange an item which has been purchased online at any of our retail stores, and similarly retail store purchases cannot be returned through our Online Store.

Exchange will be done with no questions asked for tamper proof product.

Refunds will be done in the following cases:

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • In case Sangraha Atelier Private Limited discovers any wrong pricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.


No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Since, our products are handcrafted, they are bound to have slight color variations, but these are not to be considered as imperfections. We really hope you love your purchase, but the nature of products is such that we cannot do a refund. Since we have a stringent no refund policy, we allow you to get a store credit that is valid for one year and for single usage. Store credits are initiated after deducting the shipping and reverse pick up charges of ₹ 195/-.
