SHIPPING POLICY

All of Sangraha Atelier Pvt Ltd orders are shipped door-to-door to your provided shipping address via domestic shipping companies. Processing prepaid order normally takes 1 working day and then Shipping normally takes 2-3 working days. Processing of COD orders works on similar timeline after we get a confirmation on WhatsApp or email.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 5-10 business days. International orders are usually delivered within 8-15 business days. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out-of-stock item.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping of all Prepaid Domestic orders is free and for Cash on Delivery (COD) we charge a convenience fee of ₹ 200. International Shipping varies from Varies from rate of ₹ 1000 to 4000/-

 

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

All orders are processed from our own warehouse in Lucknow, India. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

 

NON-AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package two/three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.

CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All of Sangraha Atelier orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Lucknow, India to your provided shipping address door to door service provider. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with shipping agency to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. 

If you are presented with an invoice from shipping agency for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay shipping agency directly at the time of delivery.
